Happy Friday!
I hope that you’re staying safe as the latest
atmospheric river sweeps across Northern California.
REMINDER: Be sure to charge all your devices as soon as you can if you’re in this region because widespread power outages are expected tonight and tomorrow morning.
REMINDER #2: This is the weekend we set our clocks ahead an hour, so it starts getting
dark later in the evening. My favorite time of year! Saturday Night/Sunday Morning at 2 AM, bump your clock ahead to 3 AM. Most cell phones and computers should automatically reset themselves.
I’m still at the Marsh in San Francisco with my latest solo play, "Grandma & Me," now in its 6th month. I’m doing the show at 5 PM on Saturday evenings this month so, if you’re free and safely able to get
there tomorrow night, please come check out the show that critics are call a “must see!”
Tickets available HERE.
If you’re in the Pleasanton, CA area (or
you have friends there), on Saturday night March 18, I’m doing one very special performance of the show at the Firehouse Arts Center at 8 PM. It’s the only time the play will be in that neck of the woods. I’m told that tickets are going fast so get yours today.
I’ve been hooked on true crime the last two weeks. It’s almost become an obsession. My daughter, Carolyn, thinks I need to cut back. We were watching "Family Feud" the other night and the question was: Name something you find at the bottom of the ocean.
I yelled, “A body.”
Yeah, I’m watching and reading too much of this stuff but…that’s what I’ve got for you this week. A true crime edition…

MURDAUGH MURDERS: A SOUTHERN SCANDAL
Netflix
This timely documentary series is a thorough investigation into the Alex Murdaugh case. Murdaugh was convicted last week in the double homicides of his wife and son. The doc goes into detail about the myriad of other bodies and suspicious deaths connected to the Murdaugh clan over the years. It’s an abject lesson of what can happen when people of privilege think and
act as though they’re above the law. It’s fascinating.
